Sturdy Leaf Spring Quality Assurance
Quality Control Checkpoints – One of the most successful quality control methods employed by most leading companies in the automotive industry. This method ensures effective quality control at every stage of the production process.
All Sturdy springs undergo seven quality control checks before leaving the factory. In addition, Sturdy engineers conduct random inspections between each checkpoint, including checks on dimensions, paint finish, and other transition parameters.
The hardening process improves the hardness, strength, and fatigue resistance of the leaf springs. Because each leaf spring undergoes precise hardening and tempering, the hardness standards of Sturdy leaf springs fully comply with international standards.
Shot peening can improve the durability and resilience of springs by up to 200%. At Sturdy, every leaf spring undergoes shot peening.
Sturdy has two painting lines: an electrophoretic coating line and an electrostatic spraying line, using all environmentally friendly water-based paints.
