STURDY factory was founded in 2004 at Boshan Yuanshan Forest Park, Zibo City, Shandong Province, China. Since 2004 it has focused on springs manufacturing. The factory possesses a complete leaf spring production line.

OUR HISTORY
1879
The plant is founded by French-Russian company as one of the most modern manufacturing plants of those times.
1930
The plant specializes in production of steel for tractor springs. In 1936 Chusovoy metallurgical works (CMW) becomes the first producer of ferrovanadium in the country.
1975
The construction of the largest spring production line in Europe is finished. Just 5 years after that CMW’s springs are already well known to every specialist in the country as the product combining low price with the high quality.
2000
CMW becomes part of OMK group of companies. Its production lines are streamlined with modern equipment by HDV Kuczpiol GmbH, Boysis, Zwick GmbH, Hartford, Bredtmann-Girke Industrieofenbau GmbH, Wheelabrator Gmbh.
